Beware of Ensogo Discount Vouchers | http://ensogo.com.ph UPDATED as of January 26, 2012

Disappointing! Disgusting!

All these words are not enough to describe their service.

I have purchased 5 vouchers for Mt. Pinatubo Trek, and have been trying to contact ensogo and trekpros for over a week thru their contact numbers and email addresses but no one bothered to reply. With this, I started to feel nervous. The vouchers amounted to almost 5k.

Curious enough, I have checked their FB page to see if I'm not the only one having the same problem. See below...




So it's clear, I'm not the only one. Also, I called my credit card company and found out that I was double charged for the same tour package. I booked two tours but cancelled the first one and have informed Ensogo about this and they said they will reverse it -- that was January 12, 2012. It's January 24 now and my credit card said that it is still posted and I still have two payments on the same tour. WTH!!!

I am now waiting for their reply regarding all my concerns -- the reversal of the doubled charge tour and the cancellation/booking of my above vouchers. Let's see what they will do.

I am going to report them to TULFO and I am not kidding! I am giving them until this Friday to accomplish all my concerns. 

This is gonna be my last purchase from Ensogo. Bye Ensogo!

P.S. The real package for the Mt. Pinatubo Trek only costs Php1,300.00 -- I know because I'm from Pampanga and my boss knows an operator for the said tour. In their site, it is priced at Php2500.00 and they are offering it for Php999.00.

I read your link. It's really scaring me now. I hope they could just reverse my transaction asap and take note I was double charged! OMG! I don't wanna pay for that, and if I paid for that how will I get my money back with the credit card company?

they also spoiled our vacation last summer... got vouchers for Zest Air from Ensogo... and darn!!! it was so difficult to get a confirmed booking. when i had to chance to get book our flight on the dates that we preferred, we had to pay extra, deposited that extra payment to ensogo's bpi account!!! it's a SCAM and they're getting away with it... they're still operational inspite of the thousands of complaints, aren't the?

try nyo po dito baka makahanap pa tayo ng mga makakasama, badtrip din ako. i'm only a student and hirap na hirap ako makapag ipon para sa bday gift ko sana sa gf ko but what? ayu nascam ako. :((

ensogo is a bunch of scammers. never in my whole life did i discover a fraud like ensogo. it is truly a bogus company with many bad reviews. all their contact numbers don't work. i am waiting for my refund since october 2010. they are a scam.

I got my refund after 3 weeks of non-stop follow ups. You can send your email to Hazel Anne I. Del Rosario @ hazel.d@ensogo.com. I told them I'm gonna report them to Tulfo and GMA7. Email her and let me know.

how and where to file a formal complaint with the DTI? thanks. cashcashpinoy naman ang gusto kong kasuhan regarding their LED xmas lights deal na hindi dumating kasi wala na palang stock. i still get furious everytime i remember the incident. grrr...

Hi! I recently bought a pair of wedding ring from SunJewel in Ensogo (Scammer). The advertisement says 85% discount on selected wedding ring items only to be required to pay the "remaining balance" of another 20000 by the merchant because there are no such selected wedding ring items. The saddest part is the Sunjewel wedding ring only cost less than 10000. I will soon join hundreds of dissatisfied customers of ensogo in filing a mass lawsuit against this company.

Hi! I've been scammed by Ensgogo as well and if you're all planning to file a formal complaint or a mass lawsuit, please count me in. The DTI link is no longer active, by the way.

Oh!...I didn't realize they had so many victims already! They still haven't refunded me the amount I have purchased for a broken item. It took them 2 mos. to pick the item up....and another 2 more months....(and still counting) to get my refund!!!!!! They don't work professionally! I don't know what kind of system they have, considering that they are a sister company of Amazon, huh....Aside from that, encountered 2 more problems with them...both of which concerning their lack of coordination with their merchants. Ensogo really sucks!!!! I have ordered from TCAT, Lazada & Metrodeal but never encountered any problems with them! Well they have lost a lot of loyal customers, for sure; and hopefully, they'll lose their business permit too!!!!!
